Wa Cleans, LLC provides residential and small-business cleaning services in the Portland metropolitan area, including but not limited to:

  • Floor cleaning

  • Floor waxing and maintenance

  • Commercial floor care for offices, restaurants, and small businesses

  • Other services as described on our Site or in a written agreement

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1 Service Request
You may request services through our website, email, or by phone. A booking is confirmed only after we send written confirmation.

2.2 Access to Property
You must ensure safe and timely access to the service location. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply.

2.3 Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service depending on availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments or failure to provide access may be subject to a full or partial service charge.

3.2 Our Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate changes as soon as possible.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Rates
Prices are based on service type, property size, and job requirements. A customized estimate will be provided before work begins.

4.2 Payment Methods
We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Online payments

  • Business checks

  • Other methods as mutually agreed

4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove fragile or valuable items before service

  • Ensure that pets are secured

  • Inform us of special cleaning needs or hazards

We are not responsible for damage caused by unsecured or fragile items left in service areas.

6. Property Damage & Liability

6.1 Damage Reporting
If any accidental damage occurs, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.

6.2 Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wa Cleans, LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from faulty flooring, loose tiles, deteriorated wax, or unsafe conditions beyond our control

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning results.
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Conditions caused by structural issues

  • Existing stains that cannot be removed

  • Damage outside the scope of normal cleaning methods

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if we determine that unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary conditions exist. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Biohazards

  • Hazardous chemicals

  • Unsafe flooring

  • Aggressive pets

9. Use of the Website

You may use the Site solely for:
